If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, call us for shipping instructions and return it within 30 days of the sale date for full credit. You must contact our Customer Service department for confirmation, shipping instructions and an RMA number prior to returning any products. All returns must shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Items not returned within 90 days will be subject to a restocking fee. Items with custom artwork, imprints or are otherwise customized are not returnable, unless the problem is due to our error.
