> Non-Hazardous Waste Manifests

The Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest is used to document shipments of non-hazardous waste. The form is similar in the layout to the EPA's Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest. They have the same fields and print positions as the 6-part EPA Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest Form 8700-22 (Rev. 3-05), EPA Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest Continuation Sheet Form 8700-22A (Rev. 3.05) and the new 5-part EPA Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest Form 8700-22 (Rev. 12-17), EPA Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest Continuation Sheet Form 8700-22A (Rev. 12-17). This allows you to use the same software to print both your hazardous and non-hazardous shipments. It is printed in green ink to make it easly recognizable as a Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest form.

It is a 6 part form made with carbonless paper. It measures 8 1/2" x 11" after the stubs are detached. There are two versions of the forms. The primary version that you will be using is the Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest. If more than two transporters are involved, or if you need more space than is provided on the Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest, you will also need the Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest Continuation Sheet. To help preserve our environment they are printed using soybean oil based inks.

The Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest form is not regulated by the EPA and its use is not allowed in all states. You must check with your state regulatory agencies to verify that this form is appropriate for shipments of non-hazardous waste in your state. These forms are not numbered. Please contact us if you would like to have these forms numbered.

Depending on your needs you can select either the Continuous or Snap-Out configuration of the forms. The Continuous configuration has a tear-off stub running down both sides of the form. It is for use with computer dot-matrix (impact) printers. It is sold in cartons of 300 forms.The Snap-Out configuration of the form has the tear-off stub at the top of the form. It is for use in a typewriter or as a hand written form. It is sold in packages of 50 forms.
