Straight Bill of Lading - Short Form

Our Straight Bill of Lading - Short Form meets IDOT and ICC regulations for land, sea and air shipments and is used to document shipments of non-hazardous materials. It provides space to list all essential shipping details including carrier, consignee, description and costs. It is available with either 3 or 4 parts in a 8 1/2" x 11 5/8" or 8 1/2" x 7 5/8" version. To help preserve our environment they are printed using organically based Glatfelter NatureSolv Carbonless Capsule paper and soybean oil based inks.
